Purpose, Vision & Values 

 

Kaba Door Systems (KDT) is a values based customer led organisation with a strong belief that consistently delighting customers is only possible when all employees share common values that positively guide and influence behaviour and deliver high standards of customer satisfaction.  KDT carefully assess individual values during the recruitment stage to ensure alignment with those of KDT.  This ensures staff work in an environment where they can be happy, motivated, challenged and perform to a high standard. 

Our vision puts customers at the very centre of all of our activities and is a constant reminder of our goals and priorities whilst our values supported by behaviours aim to align how we as a company serve our customers. Our purpose tells us and our customers why we as an organisation exist and what the end result of works undertaken will be when served by Kaba.
