"We have used Kaba for some years at the Alstom Power Rugby site for some years for our annual site service of the site roller shutter doors which has always been carried out on time and with the minimal of fuss. Included in the work carried out by Kaba are replacement and new roller shutter door installs, this from the first site visit to the install or repair of the door has also been carried out in a timely manner. 

Lately Kaba services have also been used at Ashby de la Zouch were Alstom have an office block, the services used have been with the entrance doors on a reactive basis and problems have been solved normally on the next day, the site is not covered by a service contract due to contractual reasons. 

Kaba are also used at Alstom site in Stafford due to the service we have received at the Rugby site over the years.

"Dorset Fire & Rescue Service provide a 24 hour a day Public service, responding to emergency incidents at any time of the day or night making Dorset a safer place to live.  It is therefore essential that the fire fighting and associated ancillary vehicles are able to move out of their respective garages and onto the job safely and quickly. To enable this, the garage doors, both manually operated and fully automatic types must be serviced regularly and to a high and consistent standard.  As well as compliance with current legislation there is also a duty of care to Service employees, ensuring that equipment, fixtures and fittings provided at work locations are kept in a safe and fit for purpose state. 

The contract for door maintenance is let on a 3 year term basis and is awarded after competitive tendering. Kaba Door Systems Ltd has successfully tendered for this particular contract since 1996 when the Dorset Fire & Rescue Service became an independent Authority. 

Excellent out of hours call out facilities, positive response from duty engineers, pro-active maintenance inspections and excellent communications from the administration support team ensure Kaba Door Systems Ltd remain on our specialist  contractor list and are invited to tender for future maintenance and installation works."
